Prices and availability information are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in Euro. All prices include Sales Tax but exclude delivery costs.

The information, services, products offered for sale and materials contained in and / or advertised on this website, including text, graphics and links, are provided on an as is basis with no warranty.

You can pay safely with your credicard through paypal. (There is no need for an account, you can just use it as a creditcard processor.)

when you pay by bank please mention the order ID

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact and bank details and a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.

If we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you to give you the choice of cancelling your order, amending it, or waiting for the items you ordered to come into stock.

You may cancel your order and claim a full refund at any time up to seven working days after you receive the goods. If you wish to do this please contact us in writing. You may use fax or email. We will make the refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

If your goods are defective, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.

If you cancel your order after we have sent the goods, and they are not defective, of poor quality, misdescribed or not fit for their purpose, then you must send them back to us at your own expense.You must return the goods to us in their original condition.
